Job Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:
• Support participants in a Dayhab setting, helping them build independence and social skills.
• Assist with daily living activities like organizing personal belongings and light housekeeping.
• Plan and engage in fun, educational, and skill-building activities such as arts and crafts, music, fitness, and life skills training.
• Transport participants to community activities, volunteer opportunities, and social events.
• Encourage social interaction and communication to help participants build relationships.
• Help participants set and work toward personal goals (e.g., learning money management, improving mobility, or developing new hobbies).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for all participants.
• Provide emotional support and guidance, reinforcing positive behaviors.
• Complete daily documentation and reports on participant progress and activities.
• Assist in community integration, encouraging participants to engage with their surroundings through outings and group events.

Job details
• Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
• Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
• Expected Hours: 20 – 45 per week.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts available.
• Work Location: In person.
